The only thing i fit into your requirement is proficiency in working with concrete and steel and knowledge of ventilation system and security features. Here is my timeline of work, its simple. I will directly make a concept and also designing in my software Revit 2026 For 1 day im gonna make a concept and planning the design also collecting resources on how to build a proper safety bunker and underground shelter Day 2 until day 5 im gonna start to implemented the design.
