I need a full structural design package for a straight flight of cast-in-place concrete stairs that will serve an interior commercial space. The design must integrate sturdy handrails and meet all relevant OSHA safety requirements from rise/run ratios through guardrail spacing. Because the stairs will tie into an existing concrete slab, I will provide architectural plans, floor elevations, and material strengths once we start.
