2) Deck Structure size 5X12
3) Carries Roof above deck with 2/12 pitch
4) Home is Balloon framed with floor joist face nailed to studs to the inside, with no rim joist on the outside
5) would prefer a filch plate design and/or blocking to mount ledger blocks to push lvl ledger outside foam insulation layer
6) will require wet seal plans (5 copies) for building dept approval
