I’m building a compact constant-current LED driver board whose brightness will be set digitally by an on-board STM32. I have the performance goals sketched out but need an experienced hardware designer to turn them into a manufacturable solution. Your job is to engineer the complete PCB: choose an appropriate driver IC, design the power stage, integrate the STM32 (I’m not using Arduino, ESP32 or PIC), and route everything so electromagnetic noise stays minimal while thermal limits stay within spec. I’ll also need a short STM32CubeIDE project or equivalent that shows how the microcontroller can sweep brightness smoothly from 0 % to 100 % via its internal timers. You also need to suggest what LED lights we can use from the market. Deliverables • Schematic and PCB layout files (EasyEDA or KiCad) • Clean, production-ready Gerbers and assembly drawings • BOM with part numbers and supplier links (all from India) • Simple, compilable STM32 firmware demonstrating brightness control • A brief design note outlining component choices, LED current calculations, and expected thermal performance I’ll review the files for completeness, run a quick DRC/ERC, and, once the first boards come back, verify that the LEDs follow the commanded duty cycle without visible flicker or overheating. If that all checks out, the project is done.
