Smart Switch & Takeout Data Parser

I have full-device backups created on Android 13 with Samsung Smart Switch as well as the matching Google Takeout archive. I need a small utility—or a clear, repeatable script—that digs into those encrypted/compressed files, extracts three very specific datasets, and spits them out in a clean, usable format. The targets are browser history, app history (install/uninstall and usage metadata), and system or per-app settings. All other content such as photos, contacts, or messages can be ignored.
