Query Data custom SQL report required for Linnworks system

I require an SQL script to be written and a custom Query Data report created in our Linnworks system.
The report is fairly simple.
I require a report to show all open and paid, or resend orders that have not been processed which have TAG 1 applied.
There will be a number fo data feilds to display on the report.
