Able to communicate internally and externally in a manner that is clear and concise when identifying needs and presenting alternative business solutions
Provide non-technical support during and after implementation is “Live”
Knowledge in ERP/CRM Software like Sage, Infor, Syspro, Quickbooks, NAV, Dynamics CRM, Salesforce CRM, Zoho CRM.
Windows Server 2008 R2 and above.
Monitoring and helpdesk tools knowledge as Sumo, Cati, Servicenow, Mojo, Zendesk
Work from home providing support via Phone and Meeting to our Existing and New Customers, you will be responsible and the primary key on get the Customer to success on the first part of the implementation, you will need to set all the ODBC-DSN and some other tasks in order to complete the work in 1 session call, for this you will need:
