Azure SQL Database Setup for Time Series Data

I need assistance in setting up an Azure SQL database to store and process time series data. The database should have features for automatic data import and data storage optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Setup Azure SQL Database for time series data - Optimize database for efficient data storage - Implement features for automatic data import - Structure data for it to be easily filtered in Tibco Spotfire for visualisations I will be manually uploading data from Excel to the database. Therefore, I need someone who can assist with cleaning, transforming and aggregating the data.
