MUW Phase I

This project is to take an existing website [[login to view URL]][1] and then change the layout and add some additional features. The project is broken into two deliverables PHASE 1 and PHASE 2. Phase 1 needs to be completed first and I want this done immediately and the Phase 2 will be awarded to the same developer. ## Deliverables **PHASE 1** **MAIN PAGE** 1. Change the main page to a slide show which we can change the images as we like. Also the layout will change slightly so that the image in the middle takes up just 3/4 of the page and the right hand frame is shown on the main page as well. The page will be hyperlinked with the hyperlink changeable within the CMS. The new page layout can be found in the attached wireframe. The sort of layout I am looking for is similar to <[login to view URL]> 2. Remove the 3 logos of headline sponsors from where it currently is and move it to the top right. This should allow up to 3 logos to be displayed/uploaded there and each one hyperlinked. A text should be added above to say HEADLINE SPONSORS. 1. Update the links at the bottom to reflect changes make to the whole website. 2. Remove the Vote link. 3. Ability to change the charity logo at the bottom of the page which is currently part of the design/layout. 4. Change the contact form so that the fields are smaller and it follows the new template for the website. 5. Change the left hand frame to include, Sponsor box, MUW TV (which will contain a link to embedded Youtube video), Gallery (showing slide show of the images in the gallery albums), then another one (This one should be customisable, so we should be able to change title, load images, or link to youtube content and change text. 6. Move the sponsorship box with the logos on all pages to be under the Apply button. The apply button should be dimmed or disabled when the application is closed. Also when it is enable the APPLY NOW should be animated? 7. Move the sponsorship logos on sponsorship page to the top. Change the page layout to include the left hand frame. 8. Link the twitter logo to our twitter account and add a you tube logo to the bottom as well and link it to you tube account 9. Contact form currently does not work, this needs to be fixed to send email. **GALLERY** ** **12. Gallery should be changed to allow us to add albums. So we add an album and then we can upload images within the album. The album will give us the option to include album description etc. The images will be displayed in a table as shown here <[login to view URL]> and when you click on it then it can show the slide show. 13. Also Albums should be categorised so that we have at the highest level MUW 2011 Competition and below these will be all albums related to this, and then we have another one MUW 2012 Competition and below these all related albums and pictures. **APPLICATION FORM** ? Change how did you find out about competition into a drop down which can be populated from the CMS. ? Application form should display number of text remaining and once user has used up the space then stop them from entering more. ? Include a field called hobbies to registration form ? Allow user to go back and forth while completing the form until it has been submitted. ? Also the current application form does not seem to display the DATE OF BIRTH on the back end it just displays the age? This needs to be fixed. ? An email triggered to info@[login to view URL] with basic details of any new application and then linked to view the full application. The fields of the forms should be made smaller. ? Show the T&C in a bigger box or just hyperlink to the T&C page. ? Automatic confirmation email sent to Applicant on successful submission of an application. Text of the confirmation to be configurable via CMS. * All applications should be time stamped with date and time application was submitted <!-- --> * We should be able to import all application data to excel and CSV for previous competition and then delete all applications at the start of new competition. Anytime application is enabled in the CMS the Apply link at the top should be highlighted to stand out? * Apply page should be changed to include the frame on the right hand side.
