Swimming Pool Supervisor/Instructor Second week of May through September '26

I oversee the amenities for a gated society with 200+ families in Ludhiana and need an experienced professional to run our outdoor terrace pool safely and smoothly. Your main duty is daily supervision: open and close the deck, monitor swimmers, enforce safety rules, test and balance chemicals, back-wash and clean filters, and handle light maintenance specific to a rooftop installation. When equipment issues exceed routine care, you will coordinate repairs with our service vendors. Formal coaching happens only on demand, yet you should be ready to step in whenever residents request it. The audience is children and adults at beginner level, so we value patience, clear instruction, and the ability to weave life-saving techniques—treading, floating, safe deck rescues—into every lesson. Essential background • Current lifesaving/CPR certification and proven pool-guarding record • Hands-on experience teaching beginners • Solid knowledge of outdoor pool chemistry, filtration, and terrace-pool upkeep Availability I can offer either a full-time schedule that covers all open hours or a part-time roster if you can guarantee reliable cover on your off days. This project will start in the second week of May and last through September 2026.
