A quick presentation in front of 300 call centre managers about my department and my new mandate.
i just need a quick intro, perhaps an ending also. For example, I am tired of always starting my speech with, "Hello there, how is everyone doing today? I am excited to be here". I always struggle with the opening. Need something interesting or funny.

Maybe a nice quote about cx experience, or why it is important to resolve a cx's problem the first time. We have a target of first time right of 74% and aspiration target of 84. And some thought to leave everyone with.
