We are looking for a Spanish-speaking customer service representative to join our Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional Upgrade to see actual infomunicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both English and Spanish.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers.
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
