Spam Emails

We are getting alot of spam emails from an online form on our site. The funny thing is that they are somehow bypassing coming directly to your site... I don't know how they are doing this. Please pm with suggestions on how they are doing this and what else we can do to prevent it. We have validation javascript already and if they place any banned words within the comments it stops the emails (as long as they click the submit button on our site).
