I'm seeking an experienced business translator in the Monterrey Mexico are to assist me in sourcing interior construction materials for residential construction projects in the USA. Ideal skills and experience: - Knowledge of the mexican construction materials supplies - ability to verbal translate Spanish and English - ability to drive me around, accompany me to business meetings, send and review emails, and general business tasks related to sourcing of the materials. Hi, I’m an architect based in Monterrey, Mexico, with professional experience in construction, architectural projects, materials, suppliers, and project coordination. I’m a native Spanish speaker and I can communicate in English for construction, sourcing, supplier meetings, emails, and day-to-day business coordination. I can assist you locally with identifying and contacting suppliers, comparing materials and pricing, reviewing technical information, attending meetings with you, translating during conversations, and helping coordinate follow-up with vendors. I’m available in Monterrey from October through December 2026 and can support both in-person visits and remote follow-up. My proposed rate is USD 20/hour. I believe my main advantage for this project is that I can combine local sourcing support with an architect’s understanding of residential construction materials and specifications.
