I have experience in advanced CAD surfacing and de-moulding processes. Your design is very appealing but I see some problematic zones where it comes to de-moulding (negative draft angles). Shuch shapes could be made using lost wax casting but this is suitable only for hot molten materials which concrete isn't.

hI The mold think you need at least 4 parts for a good release, It would be designed with covers removed to internal figures. I hope your news regards
