SolidWorks Worm Gear Set Design

I'm looking for a skilled SolidWorks designer to create a worm gear set for a home appliance. This project involves: - Designing a worm gear set suitable for a consumer product, specifically a home appliance. - Utilizing SolidWorks to ensure the design is precise and manufacturable using injection moulding. - Understanding the functions and requirements of worm gear sets in home appliances. - Delivery to be as Solidworks part files and assembly. Requirements include: - To fit inside 98mm diameter component with the output central to this. - With a minimum of 250:1 ratio but preferably higher. - To withstand a torque of 15Nm. - Be driven by a Nema 17 motor with 5mm shaft, that can be housed below the cylinder but within a concentric diameter of 120mm. The ideal freelancer for this project should have: - Extensive experience in SolidWorks and mechanical design. - A good understanding of worm gear sets and their application in home appliances. - Ability to deliver a design that is not only functional but also cost-effective for mass production.
