Project scope is:
1. review the information
2. draw up the components in the part file called 8 in the attached tiff file.
3. draw up the part called 7 in the same tiff file
4. use the attached part file and part 7 and part 8 to make an assembly.
5. simulate a jacking load till we find the yield point of one of the parts
do the above with the information below:
a. assign 250 MPa grade steel (ASTM A36 steel)
b. fully restrain the exisitng part file around the 12 bolt holes to simulate the parts numbered 13 and 14 in the tiff file (you don't need ot draw them)
c. increase the force till the first part of component yields or you reach 45,000,000 N
