I need someone based in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, to stand in for me at an upcoming pre-bid meeting for a rooftop-solar tender. You will also conduct a same-day walk-through of the premises and return with clear, organised information I can rely on while finalising the proposal. You should already understand how solar panels are installed and feel comfortable following basic site-inspection routines. During the visit you’ll be expected to ask clarifying questions to the host engineer, note any technical points that affect design or costing, and document everything with your phone or camera. Please capture: • Wide shots that give an overall sense of the property, • Close-ups of each intended installation zone, • Current electrical infrastructure—panels, breakers, conduits, etc., • Simple tape-measure readings of usable area, terrain condition and any obstacles that might cast shade. After the visit, send me: • Raw photos and short landscape-mode video clips, • A brief written summary (PDF or Word) highlighting measurements, terrain observations and potential shading issues, • Your meeting notes, including names and contact details of officials present. Timely communication is essential because I must submit the tender soon after your site call.
