I need an app/software where engineers can record their hours against any particular job that has already been put in the system in the office.
I'd like them to be able to select if the hours they have worked are at basic or overtime rate. I'd like the software to calculate how much they should be paid for any particular time period based on their hours worked and whether it's basic or overtime. I'd like to be able to forward this directly on to our payroll team for them to be able to create payslips.
I'd also like to have a look at any job/project that has engineers time allocated to it and run a report on each job to see what the labour cost has been on that job based on what the engineers have input.
If this is all possible, at some point in the future, I'd like to be able to incorporate vehicle/parking/toll charges for the engineers to input so that I can include this on the report so iI'd know what each job/project had cost for labour and travel.
I have looked at so many different time tracking/project tracking software and I can't find one that does everything that I need so I thought I'd enquire about getting it created myself.
