Hi there, I have 7 years of development knowledge with nodejs and other javascript technologies. Now coming to the point I have worked on a customer support system which is for a in house project and i used IBM watson for that purpose. There i created the bot service and trained it with my given answers . Then used node.js to call the apis. Hope that is enough , if you have any queries regarding that i can assist you.
