Is there a device somewhere with access to these cameras where a script can run? If so, what OS does this device run? Also, do your IP cameras have a web interface or other kind of interface (SSH, for example), and a way to script the recording of video? If those requirements are met, and if I have access to a Linux device on which to run the script, then I should have no trouble getting this done for you within 15 business days (probably faster, but I said 15 to be safe).
