Insert and Update
1. Birth Registration
Birth registration contains the details of the newborn infant (name, birth place, date and time, gender, birth type and physical disorder), details of both grandparents (name), details of parent (name, address, age while giving birth, ID details, profession and their marriage details) and testimonial declaration of the applicant.
2. Death Registration
Death registration contains the details of the deceased (name, the time, date and place of death ), address of the deceased, details of family members, ID details, details of marital status and details of informant (name, address and Id proof).
3. Marriage Registration
Marriage registration contains the details of marriage (type, date and place of marriage), details of bride and bridegroom (name, date of birth, previous marital status, level of education, profession, family member details and ID proof) and informant details if any.
4. Divorce Registration
Divorce registration contains divorce related details (decision making court type, court decision number, court decision date and time, marriage registration number), details of husband and wife (name, address, family member details, ID proof, No. of children after marriage, No. of alive children at the moment, No. of children living with parent, No. of children living with any other individual) and details of the informant (Name, address, relationship with the divorcee and ID proof)
5. Migration Registration
Migration registration details contains details of new place migrating to, details of place migrating from (registration No, name of the house owner, migration date and reason for migration), details of person migrating (Name, birth details, ID proof) and details of the informant (name, address and ID proof)
Each registration form must be able upload multiple document or image files that is used for reference.
It should establish family relationship and updates data accordingly in their data.
It needs to work online and offline, offline and online data needs to synchronized and make necessary data updates.
All entries should be made in two language in the same form (English and Nepali).
It also need accounting for daily operational activities, like processing bill and processing fees, operating expenses. just to store transaction records and get report on inflow and outflow of cash.
