Windows Otra o no estoy seguro I have promoted to be in charge of all the users credentials, accounts and profiles for all the systems in the company where I work at. I need an Excel book (or maybe a MS access DB) where each system contains the users that have been granted access to the system (for example, one sheet for SAP, other for VPN and other for intranet). When the helpdesk assignes a ticket to me with a "grant access to a system" once I do the job I want to record the "new user" record in the proper sheet. Therefore all movements (creation, modifiying and removal) will be recorded in the spreadsheet. So, for example if a user has SAP and VPN, he should exist on the bith sheets. Then (the real reason why i need a coder) I neet to have a form where i can input the user ID and it retrive the data from the different sheets and show me "the user exists in..." so I can know with only one query all the systems that the user has been granted acces.
I know there is many identity/access management software but i need a simple Excel/access tool because my company doednt want to buy a big solution and we are not allowed to used unknown software. Thats why i need this to be done in excel or ms access.
