I am looking for help writing a program in Python with computer vision. Would be nice if you use OpenCV, but any is fine as long as you comment your code well.
Program needs to take an image file as input, and then find/locate 36 boxes that are ticked. There are 288 boxes on the paper, and they are always in the same place.
8 and 8 boxes are together, forming 8 x 36 groups and on a line of 8 boxes, only 1 is ticked. I want the ticked boxes to be stored as
Group 1 to Group 36, plus the number of the ticked box, for example Group1,2 Group 4, 7 or something.
I will supply the exact template of the a4 paper sheet that will be taken a picture of, or scanned.
