HI I can do this in various different languages that you can choose like Java, c#, vb.net, python, GUI based with toggle message through button click or keyboard key combination. Will be client/server based architecture. You want to connect 2 computers: so one is server other is client. you can toggle message from either computer. Thanks Farah Saif

I've written several different bi-directional network applications for a variety of platforms and development environments so I feel confident that I'll be able to meet your requirements. To proceed, I just need to know what your platform/OS is, and the appropriately application model (e.g. start from command line and run till terminated, GUI with output/control window, etc), and ideally the use-case as it could help with any design choices that come up.
