Mplayer change pitch video

I need source code for mplayer command to change audio pitch in a video. While audio pitch is shifted, speed should not be altered, and still synced with video.

Video should be able to play only right channel or left channel like a typical ktv video (mpeg, mp4, etc in stereo audio)

I need this code to contribute to a free established karaoke software that based on mplayer that unable to sync audio video speed when pitch is shifted.
