I need software for my company. We are dedicated to collecting taxes and services for the government, which normally they do not have enough personnel to carry out, and we charge them a percentage of what they cannot collect.
The software we require has 3 fundamental parts:
1. A system that can program visit routes to different homes that we have registered with debts, to follow up with our collectors, and see if they really made the visits and how long each one took. Likewise, once they are in place with the debtor client, the system must be able to generate forms to obtain updated information and photographs. THIS FIRST PART I THINK IS WHAT CAN BE DONE WITH YOUR SYSTEM (I give an example of a company that does something similar [login to view URL]
2. That information in the form must go to a CRM that keeps a record of all visits, and generates reminders, until payment is achieved. In this same CRM, all the accounts that we have to collect would be previously charged (each client of ours can handle up to 1 million records, although the average is 300 thousand, so a robust database has to be managed, and preferably of free code so as not to have such a high licensing cost.
3. The last part is a link with a platform or software such as QGIS, ARCGIS (preferably an open source one) or GOOGLE MAPS, where the route of our collectors can be visualized, but also, layers where the data is updated. information and photographs that are captured in the visits that our collectors make to the debtors, pressing on the property on the map.
I hope I have not been too confusing in my explanation, and have made me understand.
My idea would be that point number 1 is the software developed by you. The second point could be a freelancer that I found here too, from a CRM that looks quite interesting; unless you can also develop it, as well as the third point.
I remain attentive to your response and grateful for the attention to my message.
