The ideal person should be:
Familiar with using Workbench and SOQL Language.
1. Pull how many open tickets a technician has.
2. Check if Summary exists or not.
3. Check Status of each ticket.
2. For each ticket,
If summary doesn't exist, insert a small summary describing, query of customer, steps taken ,etc, by looking into email sent by technician.
Check if ticket hasn't been updated for X amount of time, if last email was from technician, automatically send a follow up reminder email to customer.
If a case, hasn't been updated within 24 hours, and last email is from customer, send email still looking at your inquiry.
If after 2 follow up emails from technician and no reply from customer, send Closing template and close case by EOD.
3. The script should send an email on action taken on each ticket and what next action will be.
Ticket1 / Sent reminder email
Ticket2 / Sent second reminder email
Ticket3 / Close case after 2 updates due to no response.
