I have already done such IoT project by using Arduino MEGA and Wifi Module ESP8266. Reading sensors data and send to the web server and receive data from web server and execute by Arduino by using web API. Have more than 15 years of experience on Computer Language and Digital Electronics.

hi we already has our wifi button based on esp8266-12e (own custom pcb) which has "reset ,config , operation 1 , operation 2 buttons) full config page has "hotspot ( ssid,psk ) ,wifi (ssid,psk ) , mqtt(broker,user,pass,ssl file ,topic)" we need more details to set the right cost of the project
