Excel Macro developer

I am looking for an excel macro that will help me fill in csv files from 1 datasource/master csv file. The macro must find and match the appropriate part numbers from the datasource and input csv file and then add in the inventory number to the appropriate column. I have included the master inventory file, the output file sample (how it should look) and 3 other input files (millercat, ap, magnaflow). The input files all contain different part numbers from each other. If the program cannot match the input file's part number with the master file, then the result should be "0" zero on the final output. All input files will look similar. 3 columns: 1st column is the part number (that is used to match with the master file), 2nd column is the inventory number (derived from the master file), and the 3rd column is left alone. Please let me know if you can help. My budget was around $15. Thanks.
