Discord Channel Keyword Monitor

I'm looking for someone that can build me a Discord channel keyword monitor that can run on Windows Server. The application needs to have a GUI, authenticate with discord, fetch server/channels, monitor for positive keywords, ignore negative keywords, execute API call (automated add-to-cart software) function when an item matches keywords, send alert via discord webhook when an API call is executed, run multiple keyword monitor tasks, monitor multiple channels, and have an option to view monitor in real time (see attached example).
