We have a business carrying out fire risk assessments. We currently have a good template that is based in word and we freeze in pdf.
The problem is that they take a long time to complete and we have to extract information individually.
We would like the same/similar finished article but to be able to complete the majority of it on a tablet then download onto a PC to review and add txt to if necessary.
There are sections that are questions with YES NO N/A answers and boxes at the end of each section for findings and actions. These can mainly be standard paragraphs pulled from already written text. We need an ability to add text.
we need to be able to incorporate set sized pictures, standard paras and areas of free text.

We would like to be able to pull some fields into an action plan document in excel.

The example posted shows the form the boxes at the end of each section we add comments to and photos. It doesn't necessarily need to be in exactly the same format open to ideas.
