Create Bot of Account Registrations (no request of graphics)

Hello Freelancer, we are looking for an experienced person to create bot registration account (no graphics and not request specific programming language, it is a bot for private, noncommercial use, the important thing is that it does its job properly.). The bot must be able to work independently and fully compatible in Windows 7 or Windows 10 PC (no autoclick or similar), must be fast and must be able to do the simple automation operations. the registration site does not require any captcha code or telephone verification. What must the Bot? 1.
