I have a requirement to combine two applications. One is a fingerprint reader with the source code in VS 2015 C# that captures fingerprints and saves the result as an image and another open source application in that can compare two fingerprints and provide matching results. I need to integrate the two to have an application that can capture a fingerprint and have it compared against a database. If there is a match alert the user. If there is no match save the fingerprint to the database and create a unique record.
