Cloud network

Hello I am looking at creating a private cloud across multiple datacenters. With the goals of provide redundancies and load balance. Also being able to said traffic based on the goe location to the right datacenter. I like open source solution for most things but can use paid solution for some stuff. Server Requirements: - Cloud software like open nebula or open stack etc. - Hard redundancy through zfs or alternative . - Syncing vms across data-centers. - Keep copies of vms in more then on data-center - Firewall - Firewall that can create rules with vms creation. - Backup on plublic cloud like azure and amazon . Webserver: I want to create a high quality web hosting that will automatically put everyone’s site at each data-center. That way there site will run super faster and super stable. - Load balance across data-centers - Send traffic on Goe location - Control panel to sell website to people. - Billing control - Email server - All basic requirements of a hosting control panel. - Software ideas could be like [login to view URL] or cpanel. I would ideally like to be able to sell access to my private cloud ass well from my site so if it could be controlled by the same control panel. This I just a basic outline of what I want. The purpose of this bid is to talk with skilled freelancer to identify the software that could be used for all the features I want. Once I find a freelancer with a good solution we will figure out the cost of the project to create the network. After the new network is created I will need to migrate my current vms from xen server to this new cloud. IN YOU BID PLEASE MENTION WHAT SOFTWARE YOU WOULD SUGGEST.
