Build a Custom Scheduler Tool for Instagram (TOS-Compliant)

Hi folks - I need someone to develop a tool to help me do my instagram posts (one account, and I need to stay compliant with Instagram's terms of service). Here's the situation: I have a script that generates a timely image, I just don't have time to go online and post it manually once the image is generated. Instead, I'd like to schedule it ahead of time. So there's the twist: I want to schedule a post, but the image won't exist yet when I schedule it. This means I need some code that can help me post using a trigger event. The trigger can be pretty much anything! Right now my image populates to a google drive folder, but I have some basic coding skills and could arrange to have to sent via email, uploaded via an api, or something else like this. I just don't have the technical chops to figure out how to upload it to Instagram. In other words, my script automatically generates an image, and I can arrange to have the script to do some additional basic processing like sending it via email... but I need someone to create a tool that will either 1) monitor my google drive folder for the file to be created, 2) be capable of receiving the image via email or 3) some other automatic method. For example, we can set it up so my script creates a new image, and emails the image to an email address with a certain subject. When the image is received, the tool selects the pre-populated keyword list that corresponds to that subject, and helps me to posts the picture. I need to create about 10-15 posts per day.
