I need a software/program to calculate which 20 numbers to give out in a bingo/keno game so the payout is the smallest.
The game draws 20 numbers out of 80. Each ticket has between 1-10 numbers. But lets say i sell 1,000 tickets with each ticket having 10 numbers. Which 20 numbers do i draw for the smallest payout and what will the amount be?
This is how the payout works.
