Automate simple tasks in Revit SDK -- 2

Job Description:

This agreement is between

Do Toan (Do T. @toan1106) as Developer and

Roy K. @RayK1 as Client

1- As discussed on the chat, Do Toan shall develop a fully functional Revit 5 Add-ins according the list below and attached documentation:

Wall Layer

Centre Windows Doors

Export Schedules

Wall Schedule

Create Room or Filled Region

2- An IP agreement will be signed by Do Toan agreeing not to share software developed here with anybody without written Client agreement.

3- C# shall be the programming language.

4- As it is likely that more Add-ins might be needed the intention shall be to code the scripts in a way that they are easily extensible and scalable.

5- Windows 10 would be the platform.

6- The lines of the code shall be commented and explained in detail to ease further development and modifications.

7- In addition Do Toan shall arrange 4 working sessions to show how to use the software.

8- Do Toan has also agreed to provide 3 months support in case of modification of the sites or any other reasons that might make the software not to work.

9- This project is meant to be a short test project and shall not take more than 14 days to complete. The July 17 2021 agreed deadline is almost twice as much needed to complete. The parties agree that if for whatsoever reason the project at whatsoever stage of completion is not complete by The July 17 2021 this Agreement shall forthwith become null and void and the money in Milestone Payments shall be returned to the Client.

10- Status updates shall be provided daily. In addition, Do Toan shall share access with GitHub account to the code while he is working on it daily.

11- The following milestones have been created. After every complete milestone Developer and

Client shall either approve or provide reason and comment to correct:

A- Implementation.

B- Quality assurance testing.

C- User acceptance testing.

D- Upload the code to Client server

E- Install and Run the code on Client server

F- Verify results etc.
