We have a Business based in East Africa that purchased Sage Line 200 two years ago to use for Stock and Management purposes. It currently operates within a MS Server 2003 environment on the Company network. There are approximately 70 staff, with multiple products distributed from several warehouses via small and large vans. The 'stock' is managed as both what is in warehouse as well as 'in van'.
The system has not been fully exploited as we believe the original system was not correctly/suitably configured.
We wish to fully optimise the system for stock control, sales, invoices and management information purposes. With field staff utilising PDA's or similar as data input devices. Hardware will be purchased separately.
The project is to undertake a review of the current configuration, export existing data, re-configure for optimal use for our business and incorporate/utilise PDA's for data input, import existing data and then train staff in the new system setup and its use.
Mission expenses (airfare/hotel) will be provided.
It is absolutely vital that the person(s) undertaking this project have a proven expertise/ understanding of Sage Line 200, which we will require evidence of, and references. You should also have excellent English language skills.
