Write some Function

I need a function in vb6 which will add a user to blocked list of the ebay account. To understand what it must do please check this page:

The vb6 function must have 3 parameters: ebay username , ebay password, blocked username.

Function must add the user to the blocked list, and function must use HTTP requests with [url removed, login to view], or socket connection. Thats all.

I will pay $30 for this function
