Remove 'This site may be compromised' warning on Google, by fixing website errors/hacks
Budget $30-100 USD
Hi there,
I have recently discovered that when searching for my website on Google, a warning is displayed stating: '[This site may be compromised.][1]'
My website is kdtsoft .com.
Having viewed Googles recommendations, it states the following:
'We are writing to let you know that some pages from [url removed, login to view] will be labeled as potentially compromised in our search results. This is because some of your pages contain content which may harm the quality and relevance of our search results. It appears that these pages were created or modified by a third party, who may have hacked all or part of your site. Many times, they will upload files or modify existing ones, which then show up as spam in our index.
The following are some example URLs which exhibit this behavior:
* [url removed, login to view] **(space inputted)** -sample-ksa-experience-in-preparing-and-consolidating-financial-statements/
* [url removed, login to view]'
I am not sure where the above website domain has come from. I can not find it in my cpanel list. However, my 'downloads' page seems legit and I can not understand why Google has picked up on this.
I have created a google webmaster tools account, and in there I can submit a request to google so that they can review the site and take down the 'site may be compromised' within 1 day. However, I do not want to do this until I have identifed and fixed the problems.
Here is info from Google: [url removed, login to view]?sa=X&ei=QZ-MTebUGYywhQfoopGvCw&ved=0CBkQpwgwAA
I am looking for my website to be cleared of this, as I ultimately want the 'site may be compromised' mesage to be gone.
To summarise:
Identify what pages have been compromised on my website.
Remove/fix the compromised pages.
Ensure that Google agrees that the site has been fixed and the 'site has been compromised' notifictaion has been removed. - (I can submit the review request to Google)
