A practical solution is required for this system - (1)athletes will wear a RFID tag , (2) the starter will fire a gun that must have a wireless device that will activate the system (3) the system must be able to Identify each athlete, their time, and their position. (4) the data must be sent to a microcontroller (5) From the microcontroller it will show the final order of placings with their time and name (matched by RFID tag) (6) the final results to be sent to a PC (wireless preferred) The system must be tested and working before final payments The freelancer must have good English and communicate clearly how this will work and via skype would be preferred due to the complex nature of the project
