We are looking to customize [url removed, login to view], using agile project management, to help manage our roofing company. That includes the following:
Estimating: acquire takeoff measurements from Eagleview and/or Pictometry. From these measurements automatically generate an estimate, material purchase order and labour purchase order. Supporting DBs include: materials suppliers (suppliers), labour suppliers (crews), material pricing, labour pricing, etc.
Construction Management: Jobs are to be managed via job structure templates. For example, all jobs require materials and labour. Some jobs require certain types of resources. As such we would like projects to be displayed on calendar w/ symbols for each resource to be plunked in place like babies would do w/ squares, triangles and circles. Each of these resources would by dynamically available to be chosen based on availability. Each would have emails automatically generated to notify them of our requirement once they have been plunked in. Supporting DBs include: crew dates booked, equipment, equipment dates booked, material delivery dates, equipment delivery dates, etc.
QuickBooks integration: all orders, clients, suppliers, invoices to be synced bi-directionally.
