I have many video files, currently in .264 format (from security surveillance.) 99% of the video is of a (nearly) motionless image. I want you to write a program that goes through the files and 1) identifies the each instance that a big motion occers (i.e. change in the image over a thresh hold) and 2) plays back those instances in a continuous stream, so all I see is the motion parts and 3) allow me to identify which video file I am looking at during the stream.
Basically there will be a bunch of files in a folder and your software will plays the motion parts only and tell me which file the motion came from.
Your software is ONLY functional., meaning it does NOT need to be pretty. It just needs to do this function.
