Design of Internet Billing Scheme (NS2/NS3/OPNET) urgent project

The project is about simulation and the expert must have solid background in NS2 , NS3 platform (It can be implemented in OPNET and Matlab as well) and must have good knowledge of mathematics . The Objective of the Simulation is as followed:

1) Propose approaches that contribute effective and accurate analysis to multi service provision based charging scheme for internet.

2) Design a billing architecture that is simple and convenient for charging the customers that is used along with QoS.

3)Develop two major Software applications have been developed to demonstrate the efficiency of our proposed charging scheme compared to existing charging scheme namely , simulation of pricing computation and simulation of priority allocation to all types of customers for all possible and conceivable scenarios.

4) Suggests an innovative Traffic management for allocating priority allocation to all types of customers for all possible and conceivable [url removed, login to view] Project Description:

The Project is Billing Architecture for Internet and it requires Software development skills along with Simulation of Large scale with NS2 NS3 Platform
