We are looking for someone who can refine our social media efforts and help us to put together an effective plan and execute the campaign, either initially or ongoing. As wellness educators, we have three separate targets for our business:
1. Potential Instructors - We want to connect with more individuals who are interested in becoming an instructor. They may be people already in the health, wellness, or education field looking for a completed program or others who may be interested in getting into wellness but lack the education or experience.
2. Organizations - These would be schools, government agencies, corporations, medical centers, birthing centers, senior centers, churches, head start programs, etc. We would either train someone in their organization to facilitate the education or bring in our own instructors.
3. End Users - These would be those attending one of our courses. Focused on parents, but primarily moms, then dads or caregivers, plus seniors. We already are part of a well established Facebook page that puts us in front of these users but we need to connect better.
Developing the right strategies and tactics for each group will be key. Additionally, we will need to create some type of cohesive connection with instructors as well as the social media efforts of partners who also utilize Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
Experience in wellness, education or healthcare would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
