Hi as our project just launch we will need a community manager to help us manage the group.
1. Greet joining people.
2. Answer all the questions coming from community members.
3. Refer community members to other team members if necessary (notably if there are technical questions you are not qualified enough to answer).
4. Follow up on the comments and shares.
5. Forward marketing and partnership requests coming through social media channels.
6. Moderate social media channels.
7. Maintain the FAQ file updated and filled with reliable information, etc.
