Hello, this is a small Business Growth consultancy. We are looking for an experienced person to desing and run our social media on Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin.
For the right candidate, this would be an ongoing role. We just had our inauguration and looking for freelance talent to join our team. Our social media goal is to grow followers and active participants on those 3 platforms. Next step would be to convert those followers to customers. We are on a tight budget but offer good commissions. When your work starts bringing paying customers, we will apply a commission structure from 5 - 15% depending on the project value. We will talk this through with the correct applicant.
Paralell to that is it our goal to create a pay for newsletter, that we would publish at least once a month to max 4 times a months. The goal is to write about business growth issues, problems solutions and ideas. Here as well, we want to get the people engaged, have them sign up for the paid newsletter and perhaps get new customers.
The perfect candidate must be proficient in any software that allows you to create professional and engaging social media posts, like canva, affinity photo, Lightroom, photoshop etc.
The budget is also dependant on your skills, your engagement, what and how you deliver. We lost some money already with unprofessional people here, we will be more careful this time.
Project will start as soon as we find the right candidate. This is an ongoing project. For that reason it is difficult to select the correct budget bracket in the selection field. Just send your proposal, how many hours per week you could work with us, how much you expect to get and if you can work fixed amount of time per week or not.
