Hi, I shot and cut a food series for Kiaras Restaurant covering authentic Tamil Nadu cuisine -- the same brief as yours in a different kitchen: real chefs, real prep, and the cultural story carried by the food rather than by effects. It's in my portfolio here. Restaurant food-prep filming has two hard parts. A working kitchen won't stop for you, so lighting has to be small, fast and safe around heat and movement -- I use compact LED panels rather than blocking service. And the sound is the dish: wok roar, cleaver work, oil. I record that properly instead of burying it under music. What I'd deliver: - 4-6 Instagram Reels, under 60s, cut for the feed - 2-3 YouTube edits, 3-6 min, each built around the story of one dish - Light narration or captions where a dish needs explaining - Titles, hashtags, thumbnails, and a release schedule that lets Instagram feed traffic to YouTube - All raw footage and project files Your warm, traditional, family-friendly note is a real constraint and I'd hold to it: no hard cuts, no flashy transitions, no trending audio fighting the mood.
