I am looking for a social media content operator skilled in TikTok and Instagram for my own brand (cross-border e-commerce). The long-term role will involve handling daily operations and communication with clients and production companies. Regions: USA (3 TikTok accounts, 1 Instagram account), UK (2 TikTok accounts, 1 Instagram account), Germany (2 TikTok accounts, 1 Instagram account), Italy (2 TikTok accounts), France (2 TikTok accounts, 1 Instagram account), Spain (1 TikTok account), Mexico (1 TikTok account, 1 Instagram account). Regions are optional. Requirements: A foreign national from the corresponding region, such as an American, British, or German, with localization required. Your responsibilities include: 1. Creating a monthly content calendar to ensure daily creative short videos or graphic posts. 2. Scriptwriting, directing (or editing), copywriting, and posting for the accounts, ensuring localized content. 3. Following up on comments, private messages, and interactions, promptly compiling user feedback to inform future topic selection. 4. Producing monthly operational review reports and competitor analysis to optimize the next round of content. Ideal Candidate: • Familiar with short video algorithms and trending techniques such as TikTok and Reels. • Foreigner (required) • Possesses product marketing thinking, able to break down "features" and "tutorials" into easily shareable stories. • Has a successful account or case study to showcase. Delivery Standards : • After 7 consecutive days of stable posting, I will review the quality of the materials, engagement rate, and data reports; only after meeting the standards will we continue the full month of cooperation. • All original materials and editable files must be shared synchronously to ensure copyright ownership.
